Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product, physical or digital. 

Digital Images:

  • A print release is included with all digital image purchases. Use this release if you are asked if you have permission to print your files.
  • You are responsible for backing up your digital image purchase after delivery, prior to gallery being archived. Additional downloads for lost, deleted, or un-downloaded images will not be provided.
  • Please download your images prior to your gallery being archived! I cannot guarantee access after the archive date.

Damaged Prints:

  • While all products are printed through a professional lab, if you do happen to receive damaged product when shipping to your home, please contact me within 7 business days of delivery and I will contact the lab on your behalf.
  • I cannot guarantee replacement for damaged items when choosing "deliver to establishment" (aka dropped off at your child's school/daycare). I will check all orders when received from the lab, and will only deliver undamaged product to your school/daycare. If your prints are damaged after being dropped off, I will need to charge a replacement fee to reprint your order.
