I don't have my access code. How do I get it?

If you are unable to find your access code, send me an email at liz@lizputnam.com with your child's name, grade, and school name. 

I only want one print. Is that possible?

Yes! While the store defaults to packages, it is possible to order just one print. Click on "A la Carte" at the top of your page when viewing your gallery.

Can I place a single order for multiple siblings?

Yes! Click on "Got another access code?" under the main menu "Login". 

Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."

How long will the delivery take?

If you choose to have your photos delivered to your school/daycare, most orders are delivered within 4 weeks from photo day. Please see your order confirmation email for more details.

Drop shipped orders are delivered directly to your door for a small shipping fee. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of purchasing.

Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image? 

Yes. The watermark is only used to protect your photos against illegal downloads and screenshots. 

What is the quality of the prints? 

All prints are printed through a professional print lab, based in Missouri. It's the same lab I use and trust for all my professional portait photography work.

Can I crop the images?

Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. 

I'm having trouble figuring out how to order photos. 

Head to the main log in screen and scroll to the bottom. You will find a video that will walk you through how to order your photos. You can also click on the "How It Works" tab at the top of the screen.

What if I have issues with my order?

While a contact form is included with this site, I cannot guarantee I will receive messages in a timely manner. By contacting me directly, you will receive a reply within 24-48 business hours.
